Institutional and Bulk Procurement

A good quote starts with a specification that can be verified

Blis‑Top works with organizations, security companies, authorities, emergency teams, and standby response teams on procurement that can be explained and maintained. The goal is not to fill a table with products, but to turn a requirement into systems suited to the people who will use them and how they will be used.

Who this process is for

  • An organization that needs equipment for multiple roles.
  • A team with different sizes, dominant hands, or configurations.
  • Procurement that requires documentation, alternatives, and phased delivery.
  • Supplementing existing stock without replacing an entire system.
  • A pilot before a large-scale order.

What we’ll ask for at the outset

  1. A professional approver and a procurement contact.
  2. Intended use and binding instructions.
  3. Quantities by role, not just a total.
  4. Existing equipment and connection systems.
  5. A size chart and exceptions.
  6. Budget and timeline.
  7. Documentation, warranty, and service requirements.

Do not send operational, personal, or sensitive information that is not required for the specification.

What you’ll receive

  • A document outlining assumptions and scope.
  • A basic option and a balanced option; a comprehensive option where justified.
  • A compatibility and exclusions matrix.
  • Required, recommended, and optional items.
  • Available manufacturer data and documentation.
  • Quote validity, availability, and delivery schedule.
  • A sampling, fitting, and handover plan.
  • A process for handling shortages, sizing issues, or defects.

Sample before quantity

When fit is important, we’ll start with a small sample representing different roles and sizes. Feedback is documented, and a broader proposal is updated only after review. This helps avoid hundreds of unsuitable units.

Privacy and information security

The size chart will include only the minimum information required. We recommend using an internal identifier instead of a full name. Do not share personnel lists, locations, weapon serial numbers, operational plans, or classified information.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum depends on the product and supplier. You can start the specification process before the quantity is finalized.

Can we get a sample?

For some products, we can arrange a sample, deposit, or pilot order. Terms will be presented in advance.

Do you guarantee a delivery date?

A binding date will appear only in an approved quote and is subject to stock and supplier availability. An initial estimate is not a commitment.

Can several people from our organization be involved?

Yes. We’ll define who approves the specifications, who approves the budget, and who coordinates sizing and delivery.

Can we replenish stock in the future?

We’ll indicate expected availability and alternatives, but we can’t guarantee that a model will remain available without a manufacturer commitment.

What does post-delivery service include?

As specified in the quote: size exchanges, warranty handling, service parts, replenishment, and documentation.

Do you provide training?

Only when an explicit service is offered through a qualified provider. Supplying equipment is not training.

Image and alt requirements

  • Do not display a client logo without written approval.
